This isn't a typical online store. It's the story of a family, and why this collection exists.
Shop the bag collection → Read our storyIn the United States, our family ran a small bag shop. The kind you rarely find anymore.
It wasn't a chain or a franchise. It was a family store, approaching its 50th anniversary.
Fifty years of opening the shutters every morning. Fifty years of longtime customers, familiar faces, and generations walking through that door.
If you've ever had a neighborhood shop you loved, you know what we mean.

They smashed the display window with something they found on the street. Glass flew everywhere. Then they took everything they could carry.
Afterward, there was broken glass on the floor, empty spaces where the merchandise had been, and a family looking at what remained of almost half a century of work.

We lost our inventory. We lost a lot of money. In the end, we had to make the hardest decision: close the store.
We won't pretend this has been easy. It wasn't just a business. It was a lifetime's work, and it meant so much to our family.
We could have stayed stuck in what happened. Instead, we decided to do something different.
We want what that store stood for—beautiful pieces, made with care and accessible to everyone—to keep reaching people.
That's why we put together this collection of handmade bags, in the same style we sold in the store, at the fairest price we could offer.
